GAME AND SEASON

from 15th December to 15th April, Francolins, Gangas, Guinea-fowls, Turtle-doves,Africa hares , Pigeons, Bustards and Moorhens.

HUNTING AREA

The hunting zone of Sounoogo extends over 180000 hectares of wooded savannahs, interspersed with cultivated fields . This is best for the small game season between  15th December and  15th April.
METHOD OF HUNTING

Hunt in small groups, with the small games in front of you. Go within the straw and savannah to make the birds fly. The guinea fowls can be hunted in front of you or beaten.
Gangas and turtle-doves are drawn, most often, to water points at the end of the afternoon. To get the best from the hunt, we recommend that you form a group of less than 8 hunters.
